Shipping & Returns

I am one person, but I’m a nice person, I promise! And I hate to see anyone unhappy with any of my products. So if this page doesn’t provide you with the answer you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can figure out the best solution. I’ll get back to you as fast as I can which is generally right away, but please make time for 1-2 business days for a full response. If you’re a customer outside of the United States, please contact me so we can set up shipping and handling costs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You’ve done your shopping and you’re super excited to show off that new phone case of yours for the world to see. Just how long will it take? Oh, the anticipation! Well, you can always contact me with any questions, however I did create a neat little list of some things to consider while you wait for your order:

ArtByCarly is one person (that’s me!). I work with a couple of production and shipping partners in the U.S. that helps me deliver the goods to you, wherever you might be. Most customers will get their orders within the shipping dates listed above, but keep in mind there are always variances. Actual timeframes might vary from region to region.

 

RETURNS

It’s always a bummer when your purchase doesn’t turn out the way you thought. Lucky you, there are some options on how to get you something that fit your desires. 

Wrong Address: Did you get overly excited about your new purhcase and type one too many digets, or not enough? Contact me right away!  If we catch it fast enough I can change the shipping address. Unfortunately, if it’s already been shipped, the shipment will be returned to the facility it shipped from. If it’s already been returned to the facility, I will reship it for you with the correct address provided. 

Exchange: Accidentally order the wrong phone case or the wrong size shirt? Don’t stress about it. Contact me and we’ll sort out a replacement or store credit options for. If it’s buyers remorse, (I’ve totally been there!) you can return it for in store credit, or return it and cover the cost of shipping.

Full Refunds/Returns: Buyers remorse? I’ve totally been there. We do have a couple of options for full returns: you can return it for in store credit, or return it and cover the cost of shipping. For full returns, I can only send it back the same way that I received it. So it would refund the original card or account that originally purchased the item(s). If the account and/or card has been cancelled, contact your bank to let them know right away that you were expecting a refund to that account or card and make arrangements through them.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged: Yikes! Any products that are misprinted/damaged/defective, let me know within 30 days after your product has been received and we’ll get that fixed right away. I’ll also cover the cost of shipping.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility it shipped from. A couple things happen here, if you would like the product shipped again, you would be liable for any reshipment costs once an updated address has ben confirmed. Should any unclaimed packages go longer than 30 days without a home after the estimated delivery date, they would be donated.
